General Custom
Order Information
We can embroider directly on most types
of apparel, hats, jackets, and fabrics.

Timeline
Step 1: Select your apparel.
Step 2: Submit your custom embroidery form and artwork.
Step 3: Approve estimate and pay 15% deposit (if applicable) on the order.
Step 4: Sit back and relax!

Turnaround Time
The time it takes to complete a custom order depends on the scope of the project and current workload. Since we manage all production in-house we are able to streamline processes to deliver fast turnaround times!
Please allow for 1 week after deposit or 3-4 weeks for larger projects.

Pricing
Pricing is based on stitch count and quantity. Since we don't have the overhead of a traditional embroidery shop, we are able to pass along those savings to you!
There may be one-time digitizing fee of $15-$25 per design to recreate your design into an embroidery stitch format.

Accepted art formats: .svg, .pdf, png, .emb, .dst ​

Please provide dimensions with artwork submission.

Text height minimum is 5mm. Any text smaller than 5mm may be illegible as embroidery thread. (It’ll look like little knots if it’s too small.)
